The closing timeline depends on a few factors. We work with a local title company to handle everything, and you’ll get paid by cashier’s check or wire transfer at closing. We can close on your timeline, whether you need more time to move or need to sell quickly. If your situation is urgent, we can speed things up.

Most buyers use a mortgage, which requires inspections and repairs. Because we pay cash, we don’t need bank inspections. You don’t have to make any repairs or even clean the house. Just take what you want and leave the rest.
